What if I change my mind and want a different size or colour after my order is placed?

We will try our best to fulfil your change of mind but cannot guarantee the stock is available at time of change of mind. Please email info@theiotgroup.com for change of mind requests. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information.

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.

All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:

Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

You must be a registered account holder to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account but only those purchases made after establishing an account.

How long does it take to process my return?

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do. We deliver worldwide. Though in some countries, you need to check with customs to make sure you can recieve your parcel. You also will be liable for all customs duties and payments, best to check with your local customs agent or postal service.
